Midlothian company Penicuik Windows and Conservatories have been awarded the new international quality management standard ISO9001: 2000 by the worldís leading certification body the BSI.
This is a major achievement for the Penicuik based company and its staff. The BSI reports only 7% of engineering businesses in UK, which held the old standard, have achieved ISO9001: 2000. Penicuik was previously accredited with ISO9002: 1994.

Penicuik have been manufacturing windows, doors and conservatories for over 30 years and have become one of the most trusted and respected companies in Scotland, based on its aim of ì total customer satisfactionî, coupled with high security products and installations which fully comply with all current building control and statutory regulations.

The new quality management system will further ensure that products manufactured and installed, are controlled at each stage in order to comply with the customerís specification and give reliable lifetime use.
